I wanted to purchase a £50 gift voucher for your Loughton salon, but found this unbelievably difficult.

Initially I went to your website where there is nowhere to purchase a gift voucher, I rang the Loughton salon, who suggested I ring, I think you Camden salon, which I did, who then referred me to another London salon, who then sent me a link.

I just find it astounding that you make it so very difficult to spend money with yourselves.

I persisted and got there eventually, but I guess most would have given up.

I thought you would appreciate the feedback.
