As part of our commitment to delivering 100% customer satisfaction, we offer a simple refund policy should you not be happy with your purchase. We’re delighted to inform you that any unopened product can be returned and refunded or exchanged within 28 days of your purchase.

Open or used products that you are not completely satisfied with can be returned for a refund or an exchange within 28 days of purchase.

 

Returns

Should you wish to return your products, please email hobhomecare@hobsalons.com with your order name and number as a reference.

We are only responsible for your parcel once it has been received at our warehouse. Items that do not reach us for whatever reason, will not be treated as returned, and cannot be exchanged or refunded. We advise that you use tracked delivery when returning your parcel. We will not refund postage costs to return items which are unwanted or no longer required.
