We are only responsible for your parcel once it has been received at our warehouse. Items that do not reach us for whatever reason, will not be treated as returned, and cannot be exchanged or refunded. We advise that you use tracked delivery when returning your parcel.

For GHD/electrical devices, the warranty falls in line with the brands warranty policy. Please visit the brands website for further information. If your product is within warranty you will be able to send it straight to the manufacturer.
