My order was left outside my property, even though I did not have a safe space selected. The item was stolen from the box and it was empty when I arrived home from work.
Emailed a complaint to be told " you left a space space so it's your responsibility "
I showed the advisor proof I did not have a save space selected to be told " if you don't leave a safe space the item is just left " erm? No it's not ? Also make your mind up? First you tell me I had one so it's completely my fault, now you're agreeing I didn't have one but it's still my problem?
I was only offered half of a new item. I have refused but am now getting ignored and no reply from the advisor.
I want a refund and are in the process of a claim with Klarna. Absolutely shocking customer service !!!
